PIF: Ceiling fan, water heater, pier blocks oh my

Gutting a house. Extra stuff that needs to go to someone that will use it:
ETA- the brand is SMC and it looks like the color is "antique brass"  Water heater. Works but hasn’t been hooked up for a while. Would be good for a shop or a house you’re getting ready to sell. interested in the fan. I work in FedWay. Can do a lunch time meet up between there and Tacoma or in Tacoma.
