In case you're wondering what the hell happened ("I thought it wasn't going to happen until Monday night!"), the server company jumped the gun on us. They told us that they do server migrations Monday through Friday nights, but someone must have been working OT on Saturday night because they went for it . . . .
Dan spent a lot of time in the wee hours of this morning, scrambling to catch up, disable the old board, etc. Thanks for that, mister. It wasn't too bad on my end, but yhea... That was a quick scramble this AM for SURE! I woke up at 2am to put on a 9lb pork shoulder and looked at my phone while walking down stairs... They had sent an email 7 minutes earlier saying they were starting.
Luckily, I was able to get in, and disable new posts etc so when they snagged all the info no posts were lost etc. Edit to add - Things are still being worked on, DB is being re-indexed etc. Sometimes it may take a few seconds to post a reply. These issues will get better soon. |

So when is a secure login going to be implemented also? anyone can steal user name and passwords.

Most broswers store DNS information. You may need to go into your browsers that are being stubborn and clear it in there manually. You can also flush your DNS cache in your computer.

And anyone cannot steal usernames and passwords, it's transmitted via normal text while on the same network, but is hashed when not. People who remain "logged in" don't have this problem also. For future feature requests, please PM the admin. |
