Waguns lagging when I type.....

I'm trying to narrow down the lag issue, the problem is, it's not consistent and watching the server stats there is no correlation between the lag and something on the server end.

My smiley box doesn't fully populate and the lag is still there. If that's the worst thing that happens to me today, i am good.
I have better things to be concerned about.

I am happy to say that even as computer illiterate as I am...no issues whatsoever Dan. And I'm on Hood Canal Communications crummy broadband.

But there are only about 10 smilies to choose from right now.

Interesting. I changed the search this AM back to the SQL search and people start complaining about the lag again.

I’ll switch back to the native search tomorrow and rebuild the search index.

It’s not java ops. If your browser can’t handle a few calls for java, then I’m sorry.

well its not just me, and the login still wont hold the username/password

and JS can cause the lag by conflicting with other code.

and looking at the source code it sure is bloated
