I think they should be allowed to stay on to whatever level their membership and/or payment processes allow them to be. To run them off like "get out of my sandbox" is a foolish, immature, knee-jerk reaction similar to what all those antis you all seem to despise would do. Give them a legitimate platform to speak their case---there are members here who have posted in agreement with the 21 years-of-age idea; should they be ran off as well?

If he wants to stay and further his online business suicide let him. He's only hurting himself by further publicizing this.

Agreed.

As long as it remains civil.

It's all in here:

Unless this is more carryover of the semantics about cherrypicking the definitions of words in which case, I work much too hard to deal with that. Good day.

Has he posted porn here? If not, what does that have to do with him remaining here?

Has he posted porn here? If not, what does that have to do with him remaining here?

Dude is taking the "holier than thou" approach and he's been sued by Microsoft for spamming porn and male enhancement links. Just goes to show what kind of person Jason Cazes really is.

Personally, I think it's relevant.

Relevant? In what way? You think he's a dirt bag, so he shouldn't post here? Isn't that the very definition of "holier than thou'?

I don't like him either. I just don't happen to think that he has to meet my approval, to post here. If we started kicking people out, just because we didn't like them, no one would be left. I'm sure there are plenty of people that don't like me. Should I be kicked out because of that?

Well Jeff if you read back you'll see that I said very specifically that he should be allowed to post here. But knowing the background of someone posting helps you to understand more about the source. Which is why I believe that his history of shady practice that he was sued for and actually made headlines is relevant.

Uncle Sam wants to know about your background before you buy a gun. That's relevant right? I want to know this guy's background before he goes spouting off trying to change constitutionally assured rights. Is his background not relevant?

My point about that is that he's all for the 1st Amendment because it profits him, but wants to make changes to the 2nd Amendment.

He's not elected; who made him the representative of us, and who is he to decide which Constitutional Amendments get exploited, .vs which he has decided to change.

So, he gets to decide which to abuse, and which to change?

There's a reported rape every 6.2 minutes in the U.S., maybe we should change the Amendment that allows him to profit off is porn....

Slippery slope...

Starting to become my favorite reply...with all this talk, I haven't seen one mention by anyone how they're going to take guns away from criminals. Only how they are going to be taken away from honest citizens.

I'm not giving up any of our rights. If we do it will be like that stupid movie..."And then...and then...and then?...No and then!"
