Many of you follow the steps in How to Post Photos, and the photo hosting site that I linked there is Postimage.io. When you do that, it normally gives you a photo link that includes "postimg.org" in the URL.
Today I noticed some photos that weren't showing up, and I found this on the Postimage website:
This means that if you have used links that contain "postimg.org," they are no longer working. You need to edit them to say "postimg.cc," so simply change the "org" to "cc." It looks like Postimage is now using .cc for all of the new links, so going forward it appears that everything is fine.
I went through the classified and PIF sections and updated everyone's links already, so no action is needed there. I didn't do anything in the rest of the forum, though, so if you're a Postimage user you might want to search your links and update them.
To do that:
1) Go to the WaGuns search page: search.php
2) Type *postimg* in the first box, and your username in the second, and then click Search. Like this:
(Don't try to search *postimg.org* because you'll just make yourself crazy.)
3) Edit your post to change "org" to "cc" and you're good to go.
