Would they be okay if the belt had ten or fewer cartridges? Would "feeding device" include the firearm or part of the firearm capable of accepting an ammunition belt? How do C&R holders figure into this? Since they hold an FFL, can they transfer magazines? Can they receive and posess magazines greater than ten rounds if they're meant for or come with a C&R firearm?

I think there are plenty of threads on here about how to interpret the law, and how confusing the new law is.
If there are shifts needed to be made to the thread culling that will happen July 1, we will edit the OP.

I would love to see the justification for that.. All those C&R holders involved in mass shootings with standard capacity mags...

I'm wondering about the tube fed 22 LR rifles. Don't they hold more than ten?

For those who cleaned up their ads prior to the culling, thank you. It made all of our jobs much easier this AM.
For those who didn’t, and wonder where your thread went, well… Yhea.
We are still going through some of them, doing some research, talking to the OPs.
Sad day in WA, for sure.

Bruen has a strong chance of dumping SB5078, so this isn’t the end of the story.
