Good bust?

Not even close.

Clearly retaliatory, and clearly illegal. Fuck the judge that issued the warrant too, because case law is well established over a number of years that calling someone a name is considered protected speech. Then you're gonna issue a warrant over what amounts to a parking ticket - driving with cellphone and speeding - I dare them to go through the entire history of that department and point out anyone else who got a 7 man team at 0500 armed with long guns to issue a summons for using their cellphone while driving... you won't find it.

Cops: 'I don't know why everyone hates us!'

Cops respond to wrong address for a 'disturbance' call - kick in wrong door, shoot and kill armed homeowner who armed himself after hearing loud knocks on the door and no one answering after asking 'who is it' - whole incident caught on facetime video.

Victim was in the Air Force, assigned to 4th Special Operations Squadron.

This is the same SO where a cop shot up his cruiser after mistaking an acorn for a gunshot.

Edit: body worn camera footage released. Homeowner answered door with gun at his side - not pointing at anyone - no warning or orders to drop the gun until after cop unloaded into him.

Still bad shoot.

Police chief has an ND in her car..

Please explain to me.. Why is always an 'accident' when police do it, but 'negligence' when anyone else does it?

Joe Citizen would be getting charges for reckless endangerment and unlawful discharge of a firearm.
