Son picked up a Dell Optiplex small form factor fast Intel i7, 16GB at a thrift store for $20.
He fixed it in a couple minutes, had conductive dust on the board. Just needed to blow it out with a can of air and replace the heat sink compound.
Works great now! Not bad for $20.
Plus found some really interesting stuff on the HD.
See if they want to pay to get it back.

Seen that happen in auto repair places, brake dust can short out the components.

Used my Costco rebate for new closeup glasses and they gave me cash money change for the remainder. SWEET.

The look on the ladys face at Good To Go .......

She says "Well Sir, the reason that the $43 didn't go on your account was you didn't put that instruction on the check in the Memo Section........"

I said ..."You mean like that?

Then she looked at the copy of the cancelled check I got from the bank this morning......

Shhh dont tell people. Its still relatively easy to get drawn. A few more years and it might not be. I think the 4 years I've put in, I've got drawn 3. Last year was the first year they even had more entrants than tags, I believe.

Last year was the first I did not get drawn, but was still able to buy one during the first come first served time in August. Its nice to know early so I can start booking days off during the seasons.

They had so many left over multi-season tags last year that weren’t claimed.
