Fucking pieces of shit...
I'd give the dealer 2 options.
Fire the guy and a FULL refund, for the hassle.
or you get Jesse...
A subpoena of their records would show he's not the first one to be swindled.

You seriously need to stop over reacting to everything that happens to you. What this dealership did doesn't require to go off the deep end with litigation. Good job GG.

A subpoena of their records would show he's not the first one to be swindled. TW did you not see page 3? "Full refund, including the cost of the oil change and tax, plus two free future oil changes."

Follow up to the follow up...Russ sent me an extremely long email early this morning, copying in the GM, asking that Sam contact him personally when the 4Runner is next due for service; Sam now has a full refund, two free oil changes, and 20% off of his next service (not including the free oil changes, obviously). I almost feel sorry for him, sitting and worrying through the weekend, because he put way too much thought into this email. I am a terrible person. Anyhow. Thank you all for the advice.

1. Some ramps 2. basic tools 3. youtube 4. Fumoto oil drain valve
now oil changes cost just the oil and filter + about 20 minutes in front of your house on top of not having to worry about some high school drop out moron touching your car.

High School dropout moron. If I don’t work at an auto dealership, and only work on Heavy Equipment, does that make me a High School Dropout Moron too, or do I get to be just the High School Dropout?
