West Coast Guns was founded on the idea that we as gun owners, collectors, hunters and 2nd Amendment advocates are too fragmented and isolated both within our home States and Nationally.
Especially those of us here on the West Coast. With the exception of New York gun owners in no other States face the kind of assault on our 2nd Amendment rights that we do on the West Coast.

Our opponents, those who would like to remove our right to keep and bear arms, are well coordinated and consistent in their efforts, we need to be the same. We've all faced efforts from various organizations and politicians to restrict and eliminate our Constitutional right to keep and bear arms. Some of these efforts are the same across the board and some are, for now, unique to our home State.
But that will change, if and when these efforts are successful you can bet that these politicians and organizations will bring those tactics to other States starting with the ones right next door.

West Coast Guns (WCG) is not designed or intended to be a 'replacement' of your home State forum and community, they need your presence and engagement to present a positive pro-gun presence that reminds your elected officials that we exist and we're not going away.

Instead WCG was designed and intended to offer an additional venue where gun owners from all West Coast States can coordinate, discuss what opposition we are facing, share ideas on how to fight back and remind ourselves that we are not alone either individually or as States.

Unlike nearly every large social media platforms West Coast Guns WELCOMES your hunting stories and pictures, your range day pictures and reports and all the other firearms related things that have been curtailed or banned elsewhere. (Looking at you Facebook...)

All are welcome at West Coast Guns with no qualifiers or requirements save one, that you support our Constitution and our inherent right to keep and bear arms.

I'm puzzling out how this additional platform will translate into an improved fight against the creeping tyranny.
I get that California, Oregon and Washington are at the leading edge of the rush towards stripping Natural Rights... I am not seeing how a WCG is better than a 'USA Guns' or the like. I'm not dissing the idea at all... Just not sure that I see what this is going to do for all of us.


Yep, but even locally we don't draw enough of the gun owners and others who believe in the whole Bill of Rights.
It's a constant goal of ours to reach out to voters to understand how they're being tricked into stealing their own children's birthright.

The only way we are going to overcome these bastards is to band together. Pelosi and her cronies have their electorate locked in and we are the fringe. Our compatriots behind the Cali curtain can’t do anything about them anymore than we can get rid of Jay Inslee or Slide show Bob. We should coordinate our efforts if only to stage our protests at the same time for maximum effect.
