Every time a delay of more than 10 days by WSP resulted in a lawsuit against them for infringement of civil rights? Yeah, sure the only people making out would be the lawyers, but it would still cost the state money.

It's not just about costing the state money... It IS a genuine violation of the rights of a free people.
"They" don't care about losing money.... It's ours anyway, not theirs. "They" care about losing, and if/when judges rule according to the highest law in the land first, they will lose.

I hope that thousands of lawsuits get rolling... Of course I'm not a lawyer, so it's just wishful thinking as to whether it would really work or not.

The WSP patrol doesn't do the backgrounds for gun sales. And it is clearly stated, in plain English that a dealer can transfer the pistol, or soon "assault" rifles, after ten days have elapsed (so the 11th day... of which state offices are open).

WSP sent a letter to ffl dealers delays could be as long 30 days.
