I'm guessing they are going to say RCW 70.54.050 Exposing contagious disease is applicable here. https://apps.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=70.54.050 It's incredibly hard to read, but basically seems to be saying if you intentionally expose yourself to a disease and transmit it to someone without their knowledge, it's a crime. How are they going to say you intentionally exposed yourself and transmitted it? Are they saying merely being in a public place is intentionally exposing yourself? Wtf? |

Let me see if I understand.
Outside activities and businesses were shut and banned for fear of the spread; can't go fishing, go to parks, outdoor events, etc... But massive rallies and protests and riots and city block takeover by force and threat of force was a-okay. We've all seen the pictures of very densely populated areas of people in public at these protests and riots. Inslee released or tried to release over 1100 inmates due to CV19 concerns in jails. But he's trying to make it a misdemeanor and up to 90 days in jail if you fail to comply with a mask in public law... I'm not very smart, but if you break the law, cops have to arrest and process you and you go into jail, court, and have a trial. All whilst they are actively RELEASING people in jail due to Covid concerns. How absolutely stupid these people in WA are, is simply mind boggling. _________________ I defend the 2A. I am essential because of my volunteer work. I have yet to wear a mask and because of my allergies I keep pills with me to prevent my throat swelling shut. I have reported two medical practices for not complying with the ADA and yesterday I emailed Jay Inslee's office telling him that if he did not state that persons with medical problems that involve breathing would be exempt from wearing masks I would be filing charges against him personally. I am sure that I will be filing more as this week goes by. Even asking me about my medical problems is a federal felony. I am sure that EAT SHIT JAY or similar masks will be even more popular.
