9th circuit refuses to re-hear case sent back to it by USSC...
They kicked it back down to district court... For 2 reasons, I'm guessing... 1. A ruling in liberty's favor would only impact that district, not the entire circuit. 2. A ruling in lib's `favor would meaning the plaintiff would have to then appeal back to the circuit court, taking YEARS.... The fracturing continues.... _________________ NO DISASSEMBLE! So Biden just gave a speech calling 74+ million voters a threat to democracy while pretending he was not doing that.
He also said violence was not a legitimate political tool. Where was his speech for that when his party was rioting in 2016 after Hitlery lost and also rioting in 2017 against Trump's inaugural? Where was that when liberals in the form of Antifa and BLM rioted, looted, burned and murdered across America for over a year and when his running mate and VP ran a bail fund to help those killers, arsonists, looters and rioters get out of jail and back to violence faster? Where was that speech when his supporters and voting base staged a REAL ARMED SECESSION from the country when they took over 9 square blocks of Seatthell and hung up signs saying "you are leaving the USA" and patrolled their borders with rifles and then preceded to execute people inside their new nation? The last time armed rebels tried seizing US land in the Carolinas and Virginia the US government sent the federal army to kill them. Biden says people must accept elections. Where was that when people formed the "resistance" to the Trump presidency? Biden said people must love America even when they lose elections. Where was that when demonrats crashed the Canadian immigration website after Trump won and talked about how awful and evil America was and made "apology to the world" YouTube videos? Biden has said he is president of all of America not just blue states vs red states, but then he called half the country enemies of the state. He's trying to pretend Trump and the "MAGA Republicans" are some tiny group. wholeheartedly agree with both Alpine and Tucker hear.
I seriously think the Dems and the people behind their puppet Biden really so want a hot Civil war. This would be their excuse to suspend government and take over. Mike Huckabee on Hannity said it best. This speech was given by someone who believes he is a totalitarian and should be able to direct and command what he wants. This is the kind of speech you would expect to hear in a dictatorship. As I have said before we are already in a civil war. It has been a cold one for many years. But his kind of crap from a brain-impared puppet who speaks and accuses of exactly what he and his followers are truly guilty of just made it a whole lot warmer. There is plenty enough, if congress actually was there for the good of the country, of evidence to impeach this clown. Sure the next two in line arehard left lunatics as well.
