Just CP won't be enough, no clear chain of custody. There would have to be a vid or pic....with him in it.

Criminally it's debatable. Forensics can determine nearly unlimited information from a computer and re-create when images were uploaded, from where, who was logged on, every detail of an image, who viewed it at when, what simultaneous programs were in use to ascertain who was logged on at that time... etc.

For instance, here's how it works. The LEOs determine the computer was bought and registered to Carl Smith in 2014 and all that goes along with that. They determine Carl created and logged into scores of programs, email account(s), and so forth from 2014 until April 2019 when he turned the computer over for repair. It's easy to determine he had exclusive use of it. If not, other uses would have signed into different programs. Say they do find downloaded or uploaded child porn. They can see when and how often it was accessed. They compare that to other logged in uses and what other programs (PW sensitive programs, bank accounts, social media, etc.) and such were accessed simultaneously. Let's suppose that 100 illegal CP pictures were downloaded and viewed on July 9 2017. They first determine the pictures were illegal. There are massive databases that track these things, the names of the victims are often identified along with their ages. Then they figure out who was logged on to the computer based on PW logins. Then they see what other programs were opened and used - most people will check dozens of accounts in the day. So they can see that Carl was the only one to log into the computer on the day July 9, and during the course of surfing CP cites and downloading CP, he also checked 15 other PW protected cites. That's sufficient for probable cause for an arrest and probably sufficient for beyond a reasonable doubt for a conviction. As a former prosecutor and defense counsel I know it's easy to do forensics on a computer and there are sophisticated machines that can link up missing or exploited kids with databases.

The information Guilliani claims to have regarding the corruption is extremely damaging and the CP is over - the - top gross and illegal.

This whole hard drive has been very successful at damaging Biden.

First, let's look at strategy.

* The laptop has forced the Biden camp to go in hiding b/c they cannot answer questions. You can't go into an election 2 weeks out hiding from the public. Hillary hid, and lost... He can't field questions without getting aggressive or giving implausible denials or weak deflections. So he can't go in public... that's horrible optics.

* Biden WILL be asked about this. He can't avoid it. Does he deny and double down on the lies? Bad play. So he has to deflect and those deflections without a denial are not selling...

Next, let's look at the alleged evidence and the psychological impact.

* Some voters may ignore allegations of corruption. Sure. But not all will continue to ignore when backed up by authenticated documentary evidence not only proving the corruption but that Biden lied about key things showing he is also dishonest. Some percent will be so disgusted they may NOT vote or CHANGE votes.

* Same analysis with the alleged child porn. Not many Americans can ignore this. I just watched a Giuliani video where he read an email/text from him to his dad from 3+ years ago with some alarming child porn or worse confessions, highly suggestive of child endangerment or abuse. If true, I know of nobody who condones or will ignore that. If this information is authenticated, and that should lead to an arrest for child porn or endangerment, Biden could lose a critical 5, 10, maybe 20 million votes in the next 2 weeks... they either stay home or switch to Trump to punish the Bidens.
All those feminists, soccer moms, blue Dems.... they aren't going to be supporting child porn, IF it is confirmed and authenticated.

One of the key things will likely be to cause undecided, fence sitters and maybe even some Dems to be so disgusted with the Biden's they just don't vote. Biden might lose millions of votes over this.

The question is in the next 1 week can this all be authenticated and the DOJ or state officials actually do something? I don't know if anyone has the stones to do it and appear to "interfere" in an election...

I worry the Feds failed to do their job for almost a year. And I also fear Giuliani may have sat on this too long for it to make enough of an impact given 15 million or more have already voted...

I know the Biden supporters in my family have decided to take the same approach as joe. Just ignore it and pretend it's not happening. They still voted for him. They choose to see what they WANT to see.

Even the fake polls are showing Biden's lead closing. One pollster says we are now exactly where we were in 2016 and Trump is still increasing.

If the polls have Trump down by 1 or 2 he is probably up by 5. However turnout is key. Need to make sure everyone votes.

I don't think it'll be a landslide either way, but I feel more confident now than I did a month ago about a second Trump term.

But really, I'm still pissed, as everybody in both parties should be. We're supposed to be voting for the president we want, not voting against the president we don't want.

Trump's not perfect and there's a lot I disagree about, but he's a fighter. Been a long time since we had one of those.

Someone should ask him how he liked having a negro for a boss for eight years.
