In its simplest form, you can't sue the phone company because somebody used a telephone to insult you. But when it comes to media companies like Facebook it gets very murky to what extent they are "editing" the content and to what extent they are simply "carrying" it. Given all their algorithms that decide what to show you, and their moderation systems, it seems that they do "edit" the content, and not only "carry" it. I'm not too well versed on this law, so I may have it wrong. It's something like that though. |

SCOTUS is hearing two Section 230 cases.
Watch the libtard social media start backing off the censorship once the oral arguments begin.
