That's exactly how my mom and the shitbags she brought into our lives behaved during traffic stops or any given interaction. My mom really knew how to pick 'em! Even though it took some decades for my dad to get his shit together, he managed to do it, get sober, and build a good nest for his self.

1. Anyone can sue anyone for anything. 2. It should be dismissed fairly quickly, however if it goes to a jury, who knows. Also, suing the county and him for 'targeting protesters'?
