I guess I am more old school oriented- no crypto coin for me.

Retirement is looming larger and risky investment is not for me- instead I play the various funds inside TSP.

Good god

So..... I just don't get this..... why is all this crypto spiking so fast? Its not like its actually being used extensively anywhere --- just speculation investing is all I really see.... No real fundamentals or anything tangible to keep it from falling like a rock at some point.

Anyone know/care to enlighten us as to what justifies all this growth? I know the lack of confidence in the banking system as a whole and 'its the wave of the future', but to me it looks like the next bubble forming..... energy in the 90's (ENRON), hi tech in the 2000's, real estate in the late 2000's, metals in the 201x's.... seems like investment $$$ just pumping value up to me.

ETC is pumping because of the ETH 2.0 rollout and catching up to ETH.
I set my stop loss basically at the point it dropped before it started spiking and didn’t buy back. Fml, I knew it was going to pump, didn’t expect it to 4x within 4 days ugh.

The cryptos are pumping to distract people from the real targets coveted by the banks. The utility coins.
Get the coins that have utility, and partnerships with banks and countries.
Again. Those coins are xrp/xlm/algo/ada. Theres a few more too. But those will be the giants. Not btc and doge. Dont get got by what the news sells. They sell btc/doge and fear. Sure they made large green candles. But they only pay when you cash out. Your investment can be buried in a red candle overnight.

Its simple math. Banks have trillions. If they spend billions to steer investors away from the utility coins that will have trillion dollar market caps. And buy those utility coins up in silence (without elon hype(does he even really need money?)) then thats a pretty good investment on their part. A great man called the bankers a den of vipers.
