Obviously it should be better done than a crappy 30 second MS Paint job, but I'd be partial to this for one side. Also in for a few if they're not too expensive.

You need to have the Cake Whisperer on one side, and Dan the Jet Ski Man on the other side, in flagrante delicto. Nothing less will be acceptable.

1. Great idea. 2. Consider material, copper, silver, gold? Guessing gold is probably out as it would be very expensive for each one. Copper is the cheaper way to go but you need a ton of coins to get a mint interested. 3. You might consider the second amendment coins I have. Back should be the 2nd written out. Advantage to this would be there are dies already in existence for this. Might be a way to reduce cost. Front something with WAGuns logo as you have indicated.
I'll PM you Jamie, I have some sources for decent design work but would be nice to see if there is someone in the community that is able to take it on. This could end up being a great idea.

Make old school Hammered Coins. Get a Hammer with the emblem on it and strike you own coins. That way, it wouldn't matter what metals are used to make the coin. What about a casting? Must be some local forgers/blacksmiths/metal smelters? I know, crazy talk...cent anna half.
