Was just listening to Glen Beck talk about a national divorce and on the tail end of the show he talked about this as a opportunity for entrepreneurs to make American made goods and towns and small government that run on America and nothing but. Food for thought

I recently got a warranty mag replacement for my CP33 from FL on THIRD day! A pack of PMAGs from ND was delivered on THIRD day! Both by USPS!!! Apparently, carriers are not busy at all with overseas shipments now, so they process domestic shipments unusually quick. The lack of trucks and drivers? I don’t believe it.

The PRC is experiencing a shortage of resources. It lacks water and imports more energy and food than anyone else in the world, as its own natural resources have been depleted by relentless exploitation. Economic growth is becoming more expensive. In the next thirty years, the workforce will be decreased by 200 million, the costs of supporting retired will triple, up to thirty percent of the budget. Independent economists estimate that real economic growth in 2019 could have been only two percent. Labor productivity has been falling over the past ten years. China's debt has reached 300 percent of GDP. At the same time, external conditions are more and more unfavorable for China, as its competitors. led by the United States, are more and more clearly pursuing containment strategy. So it was all expected.

Kinda remind me of how Japan was in late 1930s, the need to source materials to feed the economic beast. Not exactly the same, but both has an insatiable appetite for success on the world stage in different time period.

Because new product is constantly arriving, Amazon is ordering its employees to trash the old stock even when it is still fresh and non-expired. This is creating an incredible amount of waste, which is truly obscene considering how many people are struggling right now due to inflation and the collapse of the global supply chain.

The raw materials still get stuck on ships. My company (3.5 Billion per year roofing manufacturer) has had a ship with raw materials for PMMA resin production stuck offshore since last May.
