Well its starting... get a shot or you're not entitled to the same privillages as others.
Toe the party line Comrades! I feel there is something inheritantly wrong when the Government starts feeling the need to bribe and/or threaten folks with becoming second rate citizens to get them to comply, but the even more sad thing is that most don't even bat an eye at it... no chance now that they won't start talking of issuing ID cards with your medical history and require you to show your "papers" to go anywhere, do anything, or even associate with others.
