No one hunts the deer. From time to time one loses a fight with a car.
The people who do not want deer in their gardens or yards put up an eight foot high fence
around their property.

The town looks to be only 50 square blocks so once outside city limits these deer are fair game. Bow bunting would probably be best. The city folks just do not understand inbreeding or chronic wasting. Bet it would only take one phone call to Fish and Wildlife to get the ordinance removed. City of Selah used to pull that with Canada Geese till the Elks complained about all the damage to the golf course. Now the Elks golf course has their own hunt for geese.

Ocean Shores has a ton of deer too. It’s crazy how tame they are.

I didn’t know you live in Ryderwood. Just drove through today ( my wife likes looking at the deer). I live over in Toledo. My best friends folks live over in Vader off Brim Creek road. My best friend lives in Toledo as well.
