What is clear is that he was yet another violent criminal in Wisconsin out committing more violent crimes due, in part, to lax policing and prosecution.
I doubt that fact will be emphasized in the coming days... |

The system just refuses to remove violent criminals from the streets finding every excuse to recycle them back there to terrorize communities.
