so far, looks like 10 victims, 1 dead, 2 suspects, both black males 15-16, wearing all black. one had pistol with extended magazine.. both suspects outstanding.

Yeah, Q13 just reported it...says suspect is on the loose, but is not an active shooter situation, and mall is on lockdown.

Some may recall earlier this year my wife was trying to dine at Southcenter, and there was a shooting and lockdown at the mall.

There’s been zero info in the news, and I haven’t been able to find anything posted about it.

Malls don’t want people aware of gang activity going on there, and Tukwila doesn’t want to interrupt the cash cow...

Multiple reports by officers on scene of injured at Zales and Orange Julius (I think it was?), along with a blood trail from food court and advised local hospitals.

The suspects don't fit the narrative. You can have 50 urban yoots shootings in a mall, and it fades away...only when it's yt ppl does it make nationwide news. Can't make a certain demographic look bad...

Pardon me for asking a stoopit question, but if I'm at a mall, or at a park, or whatever the location, and there is a lockdown, does a lockdown mean I have to remain at the mall, the location until I'm "released"?

I've lived in NYC and Los Angeles, among other places, and I've often been at the wrong place at the wrong time, meaning I have lost count how many shootings I've been at, sometimes only across the street, and I'll be damned if some jackwad tells me I have to "lock down" and stay put.

Big fuckin' deal, some idiots are shooting at each other, duck, get behind a car, and keep on keepin' on towards my destination, but if I understand "the new math" I'm supposed to stay someplace dangerous and hangout all day or night until some dingbat tells me "it's safe"?

As if LA or NYC or Seattle are ever safe. So does "lockdown" actually mean I'm now confined to my little patch of terra firma? If so I may not wanna go out anymore. Maybe find me a hot mama with big (insert tits icon that has tragically been removed from this site) and find better pursuits.

I had just left the Tacoma mall right before the 2005 shooting and later I had just left before the one in Tukwilla, today my wife left the Tacoma mall just before. We’ve got some good timing for avoiding this crap I guess.

Tacoma made it to the front page of CNN...
