70 y.o. codger finds the guy who stole his car. *ahem* Alleged car thief tries to drive off, but the citizen gets off a good shot and the alleged thief ultimately crashes into a tree.

No charges have been filed. The decision whether to seek charges is pending.
The vehicle’s rightful owner was injured when the shi… thief hit him with the moving vehicle. The vehicle owner was also taken to the hospital. Get well soon vehicle owner. |

Shooter was also injured by the vehicle, so it sounded like the thief tried to ram the owner and got shot for this trouble.
