I saw an EV Mustang on the road today. Not sure of what to make of it. I'm thinking it's OK BUT they should have named it something else. It don't look nothing like a Mustang, other than the horsey emblem on the nose.

Literally could have named it the Mach-E only and caught no ire from the entire world.
BUT, they likely named it a mustang to piss people off enough to talk about it.

we have been using our wallets to let know manufacturers that we only care about SUVs. So, I wasn't surprised at all when I saw this thing.

? I'm trying to convince the higher ups we need one or two for support vehicles, being the commie in charge has mandated EVs in the sooner future and I need to get familiarized before the EV Transit ambulances get dropped on my ass.
Electric, while I think it's stupid as fuck and we couldn't possibly have the grid capacity for another 50 years IF we build more dams instead of fighting to tear them down, it's something that will be in use everywhere anyway.

I have nothing against the vehicle itself. For what it is, it's fine. What it's not is a Mustang. As a lifelong Mustang owner, I am appalled that they used that moniker. When they first announced an all-electric SUV, my idea was that they name it Galax-E. That's a name they haven't used in far too long.
If I am ever put in the situation where my only alternative is a driving appliance, I won't buy one of these.
