Just a friendly suggestion. The Fourth of July in my mind is too much of a genericized term, like Cinco de Mayo. A better term might be "Independence Day" to denote the significance of the holiday and its importance.
I hear from younger kids that they will celebrate these holidays, i.e. Memorial, Independence, Veterans, by going on vacations, warming up the barbecue but they most always forget why we take time off. |

Was at super 1 today buying some groceries and the checkout bagger kid said happy fourth. I smiled and said happy independence day. For a brief moment I think I saw some wheels turn and lights flicker.
