This season is going exactly how I wanted it, three weeks in.
Russell is struggling, and showing his age.
Hawks suck, and will get a good pick along with Denvers if they continue to shit the bed.
The Niners gave up their future for Trey Lance, who the Hawks broke and now they had to come begging back to Jimmy G.
The BEST and I mean the BEST situation would be for Jimmy to lead the 49ers to the playoffs and create a qb controversy in the offseason.
Pay him big money to stay?
Or roll with the guy who you have up all the future draft capital for?
Clown show regardless.

Russ has zero confidence in the plays being called.
He’s trying not to bitch, and says the right things in the post-game press conference, but his momentary hesitation after the ball is snapped is throwing off any possible success some plays could have.

Collingsworth is such a stooge. He’s always been a “Captain Obvious”, cliche kinda guy… Guess he’s trying to up his game. Goes into a spiel about how a defensive linemen got around a guy with “Brute Strength!!!”, and the replay clearly shows it was position and leverage….
