Social security shouldn't be a retirement plan.

Amen to that, brother! Can't Americans understand that simple truth?!

Today's median net worth of 65-74 age group is $266,440... Probably all Dems....
Prospects of 35-44 age group to make a "retirement plan" are not too bright either, their median net worth is just $91,300... How's your "retirement plan" looking so far? ~50% of my future SS would go just to pay a property tax on my WA home :)

Assuming that you accept a Fidelity estimate to have 10x your annual income as a minimum "retirement plan" a median net worth Americans would need to have would be in the area $514,280... Perhaps we need to offer a humane and green composting option to those who didn't make it to "retirement plan"...

HAMPTON, NH - Joe Biden fired back at a supporter criticizing his performance in the Iowa caucuses. She questioned why she should support him when he didn't even finish in the top three in Iowa.

Biden's response was baffling: "I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty-headed, animal food trough-wiper."

The supporter was confused: "I'm sorry, what?"

"I fart in your general direction," he continued. "Your mother was a hamster, and your father smelt of elderberries!"

"Are... are you just quoting Monty Python?" she asked, clearly baffled.

"You dirt-eating piece of slime! You scum-sucking pig! You son of a motherless goat!"

"That's not even the same franchise!" she shouted back.

Biden wasn't fazed, though, telling her to "go away or I will taunt you a second time." His poll numbers have gone up since the exchange as he's now quoting movies made within the last fifty years.

"And Saint Attila raised the hand grenade up on high, saying, 'O Lord, bless this thy hand grenade, that with it thou mayst blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy.' And the Lord did grin. And the people did feast upon the lambs, and sloths, and carp, and anchovies, and orangutans, and breakfast cereals, and fruit bats, and large chulapas. And the Lord spake, saying, 'First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it.'

Why is it that Frisch conceded to Boebert when the race was so close? He doesn't even want a recount even tho he is down by only a few hundred votes.... Something tells me he doesn't want HIS name associated with election fraud..... Good choice :thumbsup2:

His whole campaign was about trying to end the partisanship so he doesn't want to fuel the trench warfare bickering about results. Kind of a Manchin/Sinema type, he ran on removing Pelosi.

ETA: I don't know the rest of his policies, prob not good but he came close by leaning right

If it is your only plan, you're screwed. I got lucky with the job I have (railroad) and my wife's job. Both have an excellent retirement plan plus we invested wisely. Between hers and mine, we'll be about 80-85% of what we're making now.

Not great to have people vote on free speech but ya, Trump shouldn't be censored.

In one TX voting center, 867 voters turned out to vote... the next day the machines indicated over 2000 votes.

Ghost voters are more dangerous than ghost guns.
