Guess it's time to get a new battery in mine and start working all the bugs out to make it road worthy.

AR what bike do you have? I have a brand new battery has 250miles on it. that i would like to sale. i want to buy one of those crazy small light weight batteries and relocate it all under the seat.

That's what i was kinda told to about the bikes. and since i bought mine mainly for logging roads and trails i went that route plus i got a good deal on it.

Sounds good. I have to stop by BMW and order a new ground cable, (just because), so I have time. No hurry.

Got some parts I've been waiting for, for the last 2 weeks. Finally. Back on the road. Ordered up a new helmet today too.

Well I was going to order a One Industries Atom that matched my bike perfectly. Then I thought "that's pretty ghey!". So I ended up ordering a Fly Racing Trekker helmet. I tried one on today at Hinshaw's. It was pretty nice. Plus it has an integrated visor and shield on it. Cheap too. Not usually what I look for in a helmet"cheap" but it works with this one.

Those are nice helmets. I have the MSR Xpedition that seems to be an exact match to the Trekker and can be found for the same price. I am pleased with it as it is very comfortable and has held up quite well. Plus it looks like the trekker has a higher safety rating than the atom. icon_eek

Every day. Need to do some service work tto the 250 though. Carb is getting temperamental. Need to adjust valves and tune the exhaust. Change the oil. Fork oil. Yeah she'll be down for a little while.
