It took me 3 boxes of Thin Mints to wash the fucking taste out of my mouth!!! Girl Scout cookies have been cardboard and synthetic for as long as I can remember, and I am 59. Supporting the Girl Scouts org. is fine, but toss the cookies in the garbage and save your liver, kidneys, and heart.

Well, I'm not going to call them "cardboard," some of them are pretty damned good . . . but not good for you.

After spending the last couple weeks in constant pain and yesterday having horrible post op pain, I am very glad to say that I feel much better now. My credit card is another story though.

Had my first root canal in the late 80s. That one accessed a few weeks ago. Saw the endodontist shortly after. $250 for a 3D scan. Showed a pocket at the end of a crooked root. $500 more for an unsuccessful, new root canal. Had surgery yesterday (through the bone) to access the root end. Cleaned it out, filled and bone replaced with a graft. Feel good today, no pain. Surgery was free.

Yeah, that same root canal toof is now gone. I went for the implanted post and new fake toof. Best retro damage dental decision I ever made.
That tech has really advanced. The drawback is not pain, pretty pain free really - the long ass 9+ months from start to finish from extraction, bone growth, post, etc. Just takes awhile. The oral surgeon said my bone growth is near the best he has ever seen. Other drawback is some people in ill health or smokers, the bone doesn't grow.

Sold something on ebay. Buyer has all good reviews, over several years. Shipped it the day he paid, he rec'd it today in the afternoon Central time. Pinged me with a return request at 9pm tonight with the reason that he "changed his mind".
I declined the return. We'll see what happens.

TW, no parts to swap. Pablo, policy stated in ad is no returns. This morning he sent an ebay message direct to me asking "May I return this item?" I reminded him of the return policy on the ad, that the item description and condition (like new) was plainly listed and that he had already acknowledged that he received it and stated it was "in perfect condition". Then, using polite words, I told him to pound sand. He replied "Fair enough". (Guessing here), he's a college kid (delivery address was a dorm at U of Austin) and methinks he was butthurt that he grossly overpaid for a toy. Ebay paid me, he left positive feedback, so all's well.

Have a number of each. I chose a great price and went with buy it now. Well - hidden default is "make an offer"! Sold one $75 item for $70 and shut that shit down. And then changed it correctly. Half my fault, and sorta goofy the way ebay displays and hides stuff when listing.
