Last week, my 18-month old destroyed my Toshiba laptop screen. So I opened up the brand new Lenovo I bought at Costco back in January and fired it up. Well, today was Day 7 of using it, and it wouldn't turn on. No matter what, I couldn't get the damn thing to work. Tried everything...spent way too much time today desperately trying to get it to start up. I ended up having to return it to Costco as-is tonight before they closed. At least I was able to get my money back, no questions asked. Still pisses me off that a brand new laptop crapped out after 1 freaking week.

Most of this sudden ammo price inflation is self-inflicted harm. If we would all just stop needlessly buying & selling, prices would come back down and availability would come back. But we don't seem to be able to help ourselves, whether it be buying way more than we need or profiteering while the "getting is good". Sometimes, we really are our own worst enemies.

I gotta disagree.
First time gun buyers need ammo. No ammo anywhere. So when they see some, they buy it. They don't know what the price "normally" is so it doesn't bother them as to whatever they pay as long as they have some.
I'm not going to throw out a percentage number but most of here already have some or have a lot and aren't the ones causing the problems.
