That’s some scary shit. Sounds weird to say, but glad you’re in freak mode, rather than recovery mode. They say close calls’, and accidents happen every 100,000 miles. I’d try to look at it that you’re good to go for another 100k  That’s the approach I took when the wife was hit…

Damn near T Boned by a City Bus 15 years ago...I was starting through an intersection on a greeen.....I had to slam on my brakes, .he ran the red light.
I ran the fucker down, got in front and blocked the bus at a stop , Got ON the bus screaming all sorts of shit in his face.
Oh the eyeballs on that guy.......huge
Called City Bus that day with his Info. I Wanted him fired.
I still have no respect for bus drivers....
I cut them off continuously and block the fuckers when they flick on their signals and move over from a stop like they own the road.
I No Yield To City Bus.....I block.
They get PISSED

The messed up thing??
Wife cracked windshield earlier (month back or so).......so appointment at Safelite......she drove there and we were coming back after leaving her car. The incident happens. Oh well yes, was not our time. Better today...........
So yesterday later we get a cal from Safelite, come get car - drive together AND no new WS!!! WTAF???? "Oh sorry, the replacement WS had a scratch......would you like to schedule an appointment?"
All that FOR NOTHING.

People dying, waiting for appointments, poor healthcare, facilities in decay He finally shut up, and is no long the Chairman. At one point, Obama made a big deal of painting the walls at Walter Reed, after an investigative piece showed paint peeling off the walls in exam rooms. You never hear of improving Veteran healthcare care until election time…

I know the VA has got a lot of bad press, but here in OK I've had very good experiences. OK in general is very Vet friendly.

I have been flabbergasted from people telling me that the Portland VA clinic is the best on the whole West Coast. What I have found is the “Community Care” program lets me see local Dr’s in my area but they aren’t as good as some specialty Drs at the American Lake clinic. _________________"You are either with us...as Americans. American Lakes & Seattle VA have some great folks working there, but the system is insufficient, understaffed, and poorly run.
I’ve helped put on events, and helped with supports groups, at both places, and they often can’t get out of their own way.
