Ouch!
Let's see, Diverticulitis, according to the Mayo Clinic:
Risk factors-
Several factors may increase your risk of developing diverticulitis:
Aging. The incidence of diverticulitis increases with age.
Obesity. Being seriously overweight increases your odds of developing diverticulitis.
Smoking. People who smoke cigarettes are more likely than nonsmokers to experience diverticulitis.
Lack of exercise. Vigorous exercise appears to lower your risk of diverticulitis.
Diet. Diet high in animal fat and low in fiber. A low-fiber diet in combination with a high intake of animal fat seems to increase risk, although the role of low fiber alone isn't clear.
Certain medications. Several drugs are associated with an increased risk of diverticulitis, including steroids, opioids and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others) and naproxen sodium (Aleve)..
---
So, one that pops out is Diet high in animal fat and low in fiber. A low-fiber diet in combination with a high intake of animal fat seems to increase risk, although the role of low fiber alone isn't clear.
Sounds Iike it's time to sell the Traeger & buy an Oatmeal Maker![]()

I'm not entirely sure that banging vigorously on the glass at a hockey game counts as exercise. Just saying...

I asked one of the counter monkeys why they didn't have any "VOTE NO I-1639" signs put up anywhere.
Guy #1 didn't know so he asked his manager.
This was his response:
"I can't get any".
I told him that if it passes, they would probably go out of business.
His response: "I don't think. It will pass".
WTF????
