Customer calls friday afternoon ~4:30 ...sister from oregon has a subaru that she limped in thursday PM.
Car wont run. Can I swing by and see whats up. I say...."Ive customers coming by to pick up vehicles. Doesn't look good." They say "OK no worries" Saturday 7:30 AM I get a call/message on the work phone...."Hey what happened to you...we waited for hours....." So I call them....On A SATURDAY!. "Hey whats up?" Proceeded to chew my ass.....Huh, musta not heard the part about "Doesnt Look Good" Sister needs the car...from Oregon....proceeds to give me a list of shit its doing or not doing yadda yadda yadda and then says ..."what could it be?". I say..."You got me?". I say run the sucker over here and Ill see if I can fix it...on a saturday. Tow if need be....Im working on my house all day. "OK" is HIS last words. Its now monday @1030 Just get a call...from the Subaru People. "Hey what happened to you this weekend? 2nd fraudulent credit card transaction in my online shop. Bank card issued by Lebanc France, addressee with an Indonesian name, living in an apartment in CA. Item? A $500 Leupold scope. Yeah...sure. Cancelled the transaction and refunded the card, called the "customer" and phone took me straight to generic voicemail. Cranked up the acceptance parameters in my CC processing program modules. F'ing thieves...
