Mailman ran over one of my dogs - leg torn up.

Another dog just at the vet with unknown mystery disease.

If these things come in threes ....

Dog did run under the truck so can't really blamethe mailman at all.

$1000 later someone will have a limp - many ligaments and tendons ripped off and gone forevermore. Pretty much just one leg suffered any damage.

Doggo #2 the vet has no clue but it's looking more and more like pancreatic cancer so likely won't last the weekend.

They're not even hiding anymore...

Just watched a guy pull up in the fire lane in front of the door, put on his 4 way flashers, go inside for about 5 mins, then run out with a bunch of tools...

WTF.

RIP Mae Bell. Mystery illness 1 beloved pet 0.

English Cream lab had two litters totalling 18 pups. 40 pups second generation that I know of - 58 puppers running around and 40+ families with loving faithful dogs thanks to Mae Bell. It's a good run but 5 years is too short a life.

Mae was a birthday present from the wife - supposedly my waterfowling dog. Mae never took to hunting of fetching and never got accustomed to gun fire so was a terrible huntng dog.

Mae loved long walks in the woods and would chase elk out of the orchard as well as being a ferocious power snuggler. Thats was plenty and good enough.

Mae Bell sounds like a great friend. I'm so sorry for your loss. Got a pic to share?

Igniter in our stove went out about a week ago. Ordered online only to gave it shatter when I picked it out of the box. Here's to another week without an oven.
