He gets a case of the ass and has room enough in front of him to move up enough so I can finish my merge onto Interurban but wont budge...sooooo I did the only option I had left. I kept getting my bumper closer and closer to his left tail light until he inched forward enough that I could pass.

Tell me about it. I'm trying to get my 2 YO and 5 MO down to bed last night, and I'm thinking to myself, "Why the hell is it still so bright in here?! And why aren't they tired yet?" Then I remembered DST.

I like the fact that it stays light later now, but this is definitely going to screw up the bedtime routine for a while.

Maybe this belongs in the "Good News, Bad News" thread...

I had the opposite. Thankfully bedtime was pretty easy for me last light. But I couldn’t get my kids up outta bed until 7:30 this morning. Made me a half hour later to work than I wanted to be. Really glad to have flexible work hours.

LEO day at the range.

I support the folks in blue probably more than most, BUT- taking up an entire range for the day so you can stand around in clumps of 3 or 4 and trade B.S. back and forth? And I am not speaking of normal breaks in the action to recharge magazines, debrief, train, etc. There was far more B.S. than bang-bang going on.

It's doubtful that 4 or 5 guys standing next to the berm hee- hawing and spitting chew into a Coke can is productive for anything except ego boosting.

Aren't they there to train, work on tactics, PRACTICE shooting, etc.?

Why don't they have their own range?
