Does that mean it can’t piss me off when they announce they did it?

That's it. I'm calling the social workers.

Not me.

I'd probably go to the door nekkid and get arrested for brandishing a weapon.

My son was walking Huey early, this morning, and Huey got jumped by a goddamn big Great Dane. Fucker clamped down on the back of Huey’s neck. Fortunately, my son has had years of Muay Thai training. He Thai kicked that fucker in the head rapid fire until it was wobbly, and let Huey go. I know from experience my son kicks like a ton of dynamite. That Great Dane was tough taking that much punishment. Dogs owner was some useless millennial chick who just folded up and cried when the SHTF. She didn’t have her dog on a leash.

Good news is that there were no puncture wounds on Huey and he is fine.

Moral of the story: the one time you don’t take your pistol and knife with you, is the time you will need it.

Other moral of the story: knowing how to fight, and being willing to do so if necessary, is super useful. You will always have that with you if you have to protect yourself or your loved ones.

I chewed my son a bit for not bringing his pistol and knife. He knew he screwed up. A valuable lesson.

Fucking insurance companies.

The accident that gave me a TBI and fucked up my back, back in 2017...... Well, the insurance company didn't want my photos or evidence that showed me not at fault.

So, almost 3 yrs later, I get a call from an attorney saying he's representing the OTHER guy in the accident, claiming neck and back injuries, and he's trying to serve me. I'm homeless, I have no fucking money, and they're trying to sue me for an accident that wasn't my fault. Easy enough, right? Show up, present my evidence, and get it dismissed, right?

BUT, the insurance company already admitted fault, I'm assuming because they thought it would be easier/cheaper to try and just pay the guy off.

So, now, they're trying to sue me directly along with my former employer, and the attorney for my former employer is saying that because the insurance admitted fault, and my former employer agreed, and because the insurance company and my former employer are representing me, that I'm basically admitting fault, and nothing I say can change that, because I was operating under the scope of my employment at the time, and by they essentially are my voice.

Fuck those guys.

I don't need this fucking stress. I'm barely holding onto my life as it is, and these fucking assholes wanna bother me with this shit? 'Hey, we just wanna let you know we threw you under the bus, and there's nothing you can do about it, even if you have evidence supporting you, but don't worry, if you don't have money, they can't get anything from you'...

God damnit dude.

It's shit like this that makes me reevaluate shit.

I have ZERO future job prospects, my body is too fucked up.
I won't be able to get any decent job, even if I found one, due to now fucked up credit, no job history, and soon to be a fucking judgement against me, for something I didn't do.
My last 2 relationships went into the toilet because of my head injury, and I'm fucking retarded, so, having a partner in life, isn't gonna happen. I'd be a selfish SOB trying to start a relationship with someone else, knowing how fucked up I am and putting someone else in a position where they have to put up with me. Having kids is out of the fucking question due to the entire situation. I'm sitting here hoping, somehow, I can get disability, which is about $1200/mo. For what? FOR WHAT?! So I can live alone in a fucking army truck converted into an RV until I die alone?

Fuck that

I hate being logical. I hate the fact that I can't be like so many people that can just pop some happy pills and pretend everything is just fucking peachy.

OooOoOh.. I got my blood pressure down.. Great.. big fucking deal.. The fucking dam is bursting, after massive flooding, then a hurricane swings by dumping more rain and weakening the dam even further, and I'm over here staring saying 'hey, I did a good job tying down that lawn chair so it doesn't get taken away in the flood!'....

Motherfucker.

There's some BS quote I always remember, based on a video I saw, about a guy who was unarmed successfully defending himself against a couple armed attackers.

'Violence of action'...

Whatever you choose to do, do it swiftly, and with conviction.

And it sounds like Arisaka Jr. did exactly that. I'm glad Huey's ok.

Thank you Steve! My son is pretty formidable in a fight. He has the right training and attitude. No idea where he got that shitty attitude from.
