Two fucking hours at Sportsman's Warehouse in Puyallup to fill out a 4473 on a pistol I ordered online.

Only 2 guys working the counter and 5 customers in front of me in line. There were at least 3 other "associates" milling about, but apparently they were tasked with other duties because not one of them jumped in to help.

And they don't release after 10 business days, which sucks, but it was the only local store that even had what I wanted available at a normal-ish price.

God I hope shit gets back to normal after the election...

Were they allowed to work the gun counter? I know when I was working at Cabela's you had to do an extra background check to work the gun counter. The people that worked in camping/archery/etc. couldn't come over and just help out.

You know, you could have skipped all that and had sent to me. I’m 15 minutes up the hill and there’s never a wait or associates milling about.

Here are two each of the three winged versions:

As someone like myself who is ADD about having a clean organized garage, I will have nightmares about this picture for at least 3 weeks....good gawd man.

That's only about 1/3 of it!

No worries I know where most everything is. The tool area is sort of organized.

Except I got it online from their store.
They were the only one in the area that showed it available.

Still, I may have some future work to send your way.

And I'd be down for one of those shirts too!

That's perfectly normal, actually. Nothing to worry about.

I don't get out much, so I like to get everything done at the same time. Saves on fuel.

I KNOW I need something, but I've walked through every aisle in my head and can't think of it.

Use a shopping list app . . . maybe not just for groceries and such, but for everything you need. Or hell, use the Notes app or whatever you have on your phone. When you think of it, write it down.

I use Anylist now (thanks for the recommendation, Rutilate) and I'm very happy with it. It syncs between my phone and my computer, and I use it not only for shopping lists but also to store recipes. Love it. thumbsup

Socks.

Motherfucking Socks.

Of course, I remember just as I'm pulling 'home' (my off the beaten path parking spot, hehe).... and Costco is a good 45 mins away.

I needed to go to Walmart for Sweatpants.... and I sat in Walmart parking lot for about an hour trying to remember too.... ended up leaving because I couldn't remember.

I use the Notes app on my phone, all the time...

Right now, I have 203 lists icon_eek

Grocery run, Costco run, recipes, to-do lists, lists of stuff to get when I find a good deal, stuff to order online, stuff to research, ideas, etc., ...

I also use Field Note notebooks, and a combo of the two...

I don’t like to waste time, and I hate forgetting something at the store I needed...
