My dog barked her head off the other morning and usually it is over nothing that I can see. My wife let the dog out to make her happy, I then saw what she was barking at.......................TWO FREAKIN DEER! Season is open for rifle and my AR-10 is dialed in for 200 yards, almost the exact distance they were sitting! That cattle dog chased them off to who knows where. If they ever come back in the next few days I will be posting again in the what made your day thread.

F*cking Fedex Smartpost is seriously the biggest piece of shit service around, especially companies that use them for shipping.

Fedex air freighted a package I paid ground service for.. I tracked it and saw it had been sitting at the local distribution center, with a delivery date like a week out... Wouldn't let me come get it, either.... When I called to try and pull from their distribution center, like I've done a million times before, I was told 'It's not scheduled to be delivered until XX/YY, you can pick it up then'... When I asked further, they said 'you paid for X, so it's going to be delivered by X'..

Yeah, literally just sat in their warehouse for like a week, told me it was there, just waiting to get thrown on a truck, and they wouldn't let me pick it up because I didn't pay for a faster shipping service...

Apparently they 'accidentally' shipped it via air, and they have a policy to not release packages early due to mistakes, because it devalues their service... because people will just buy the cheap service expecting the expensive service... So they hold packages so they're delivered on time, even if that means letting them sit for a week.

He doesn't have a grill, his wife won't let him play with Fire.

Debating now what wood I want to use on the turkey --- my gut says go with plum - all the vids I've watch say cherry - forums say apple and/or pecan..... I've got them all, just can't decide at the moment. Was thinking about starting a poll.....

get a tall boy of beer and stuff it inside, I used 2 pieces of copper to hold the wings with grate. go with plum if you never done it,,,,,gotta experiment and adjust. i like Mesquite
