Not really pissed off, just dumb luck I suppose. MidwayUSA was great and got me my order in 2 days. Awesome. I ordered dies and bullets for .458Socom, all Hornady stuff. Open my xmas gift Hornady reloading manual..... No 458socom.

I wasn't going to load tonight anyways, but dammit.

So I posted the damaged freight that came in yesterday, well that same shipper drops off another shipment and this is how it arrived. How the fuck does that happen twice in less than 24 hours? This is one of our high end machines, and they are not cheap.

Are the actual items damaged as well or just the packaging? Even if not it's a matter of time. I would be placing some calls to the shipping company's management.

Oh those two forklift holes punctured through the back metal part of the machine into the circuit board.

Well I'm sure two freight claims in two days totaling almost $40k is going to get some attention from the higher ups.

Ya I can, but the credit process goes by much faster when I sign for it, but note damage and upload pictures on the invoice receipt, and call it in right away. Just a major pain in the ass any way you slice it.

I shared some prime rib with my dog Buster and I heard a very audible CRACK. He split his largest upper premolar. Right up the middle to the jaw. I shoulda never let him chew on that bone for so long.. Hopefully banfield can help him tomorrow.

Ah dude, that sucks. Be careful of infection now. I'd probably take him in and have them pull it and get some meds. Poor bugger.

We're 90% moved in to my father-in-law's house.... except the two coolers full of ALL of my clothes have disappeared. Until we find them, I'm down to some chef pants, one pair of jeans, one pair of camo and about four shirts. One underwear. One pair of socks. No chef's jackets that I need for school (and that aren't fucking cheap, either). We've looked everywhere, all three vehicles, my FIL's house, our old apartment..... Unless they're somewhere here that we haven't found, two possibilities exist.

A: They're still in the back of my friend's truck, who helped us move (we're not even certain they went IN his truck). He is currently departing China aboard a merchant vessel as an engineer. His truck is somewhere in Seattle at his relative's. We're trying to make contact with them to find out.

B: Someone stole them out of the back of one of the four vehicles used during the move. This seems unlikely, but is possible. Each vehicle was left open and unattended at some point during the move, though for as little time as possible.

This is seriously all of the clothes I've accumulated over the last few years, minus the items above that I still have.
