Went and picked up the travel trailer from the storage yard today. The tarp was still in place, all the windows in place, door not jimmied. Unlock the door, go inside, kinda musty from sitting all winter but all is well inside.
Hook up to the hitch, check the lights, start heading back to the house when I hear a banging noise. Look in the rear view mirror and see that the lower front panel of the trailer is barely hanging on.
I pull over and bend it back in place and see why it popped out. The vertical studs are shot as well the lower corners. I get a couple of straps and rig them to hold the panel in place till I get home. Back it in the driveway, and get the tools to take off several of the front panels and I find this......
From the inside, you would have never known as the paneling and wood is in perfect shape. Picking up the supplies tomorrow and should have it done by the end of the week. I have alcohol if anyone wants to come and help....
