That's when AAA comes in handy.
But in the years I had it, never used it.
Then my Harley drive belt broke.
Called AAA, nope. I just had the premium plan.
Need the RV plan to cover a motorcycle.

Sound on my 1970's Sansui 881 is cutting in and out.
Think one of the wafers on the input selector switch is cracked or not turning perfectly with the rest.
I just use it for TV sound in my living room. I'll just leave it on Aux 1 now that it's working again.

Also Verizon has 10 mile towing for $3 per month.
Might have to add it.

Irs didn't debit my tax payment back in February when I filed. Called in. Gal says it's not set up to debit. So I mail them a check. Today I get a call from the bank. Irs is debiting $10k from my account that I already paid them. Bank will waive the overdraft (no I don't keep $10k in the business account at all times) but I'll have to contact the Irs to straighten it out.
Fucking idiots. Fuck.
No one does their job right these days. They just give the convenient answer to get you off the phone.

The gubmint is totally incompetent.
They'll pay you pretty much whatever you say your refund is without even going over your forms.
In the 90's there was a reparations movement that planted phony 1040EZ forms at post offices.
There was a box to check for slavery reparations, and calculation instructions. Thousands of people were given refunds much larger than their gross salary for the year.
Good luck getting that money back!
I know for a fact that if your W-3 is missing or doesn't match your W-2, it takes over 3 years for anyone to even notice.
First you get a letter from SSA, then a few months later a proposed penalty from IRS.
I have a form letter I send in with my W-3 telling them I already sent it in and not to lose it this time.

Then apparently I should have told them they owed me. $10k would finally get me my barrett + optic. Maybe I should file an amendment.
Seriously though, $10k is nothing to them. But it's something to me. At least we bank with a small local bank who not only noticed the issue, but took 5 minutes to chit chat and catch up while on the phone. The irs pissed me off, but the bank of Washington made my day today. Good people down there.

Once I was short paying my state DOR and UI taxes.
Friend suggested I put the checks in the wrong envelopes, honest mistake.
OK.
Unemployment sent me back the check with a nice letter, gave me a grace period.
DOR ran the UI check through on their account, and charged me a penalty for underpayment.
Oh ya, once I had a watch imported from UK stolen by a customs agent at Fed Ex Memphis.
Year later WA DOR comes after me to pay the use tax on it.
I told them if they could find my watch I'd be happy to pay it.
But until then, they can pound sand.

Person you talked to probably had an appointment to get her "corn-rows" redone as well as her 3" fingernails. She was late and had to get rid of you.

Employee investigation, suspects computer is missing.
Who took it? Lots of distrust and finger pointing. I finally found it.
Owners wife wanted the drive imaged and the computer locked in a metal cabinet of her choice last summer.
Owner saw it in there and put it up for recycle because it was taking up space.
Surprised it wasn't recycled already.

http://www.wideopenspaces.com/teen-hunt ... ampaign=SHHope the link works correctly. I grew up hunting, deer, pig, rabbit, squirrel, bear and just about any other critter one could eat. My grandfather always always stressed a clean kill. Now that doesn't always happen, but you aim to put that animal down as quickly and painlessly as possible. This shit fucking sickens me. I would love 10 minutes in a room with these kids with nothing more than a fucking baseball bat.
