You know statistics can prove anything, you've pointed that out a million times here yourself. I posit that love is capable of completely turning "what we know" on its head, and showing that we don't know a damn thing. Maybe you don't have long, maybe she doesn't have long...and maybe the length of time you might have together is only important in YOUR head? Maybe changing your heart/mind about THIS possibility could lead you to other possibilities you've never even thought of? |
