Able to see with both eyes this morning!
Immediately after the sting, I started icing, then missus put some herbal stuff on, then spent about 1.5 hours tea-bagging... -er... I mean, applying wet tea bag to eye and eyebrow. Woke today with swelling on that side all the way down to my jaw, and even some swelling across to the other eye, *but*, both eyes open with no effort. Rest of my day was F‘ed but, at least I could see that it ws F‘ed! |

Made it home in time to hear the bugle call I’ve heard rumors of. Someone, at sunset, for the last few weeks has been playing what I recognize as a military call. I can’t place it, and it’s not in the list of US Army calls on Wiki. It’s oddly soothing though.
