Ran a 5k this morning with my daughter and didn't pull, tweak, or sprain anything.

I consider that a win.

Congrats on the injury free 5K. Number one rule is you got to stay whole to stay in the game. Long timeouts for injury recovery are no fun at all.

Got the 2nd of two bedrooms fully prepped for Sinus211 to come put down some Bamboo flooring tomorrow Morning, That was a chore. Remove all trim and door casing, remove Carpet, Padding and Tack strips. Remove Popcorn ceiling material from both rooms, Texture the ceilings. Sheet floors with 3/8" Plywood to bring up to the correct height, repair Drywall and texture with Knockdown to match.
Wife got the Painting done too. :thumbsup2:
When those floors go in, then i can transfer the Master Bedroom Contents to one of them and do the same to that one. icon_eek
I Hate Popcorn Ceilings...

I'd have to disagree...

Turkey is the nastiest bird ever...smells like boiling gym socks when they're cooking.

You've got to wonder about a meat that needs copious amounts of gravy to be remotely palatable.

Now, a prime rib meatball???

Or a Rib Eye meatball?

That'd be awesome.

I don't eat turkey except for Thanksgiving. I would rather have Prime Rib which I usually do.
