Congrats.

Most folks don't understand the LONG time and usually significant expense of legal actions. And the stress.

Yeah.
Divorce was finalled in 10/2012, she told me she was gonna move outta county in 3/2015, starting the process that led me to getting custody in 8/2016, she promised the appeal. Appeal oral argument was done back in November and this week we got the verdict.

So been fighting for over 3 years now.
Probably 30k into custody battle.
10k only the divorce. Swear in the last 3 years I’ve aged over 10 years thanks to gray hairs and dark circles around the eyes and put on 25 pounds.
Amount of stress and strain on my body is probably the greatest toll.

Like today I can breathe and I don’t feel a 100 pound monkey on my back squeezing my chest.

My kids are spoiled little brats but are good kids.
Well behaved and smart.

Good on you Dad!
My wife kicked me out of the house in 2003 on a fabricated DV protection order, took me three years and about $65,000 in attorney fees to convince the court she was a greedy lying sack of shit.
I have had full custody of my kids since 2006. Her visitation schedule is that if the kids want to see her, they can. But it's up to them.
Ya, it devastated my life as I knew it at the time. The stress does add years to your life.
Had to go to a county mandated parenting class, one girl was bitching "I've already spent almost $500 on this divorce"
I said "You have no idea..............."

Was awarded when I got custody.
Pays less than half of what I did.
But I don’t care.
Just a bonus.

Seeing a WWII Veteran at the Comissary.

Why were you at the commissary? I can get my groceries for 30% less at WINCO. Nor surcharge/tax, no tip for the baggers, and less miles. Also a bulk food area. The last time I went to the commissary I only found one item cheaper than WINCO.

Nah, the original 82 or 83 whatever that is.
Ordered let and high speed Jets just a little bigger.
Low speed Jets are plugged solid. Pin vice/jet drill won't even touch it.

There seca 2 runs just fine.
