Chuck, I get the impression that your son figures into your strategy for keeping the Oly residence and isn't going to have to find a new residence?

Maybe he could use a roommate - say... maybe a currently homeless electronics tech/truck driver that hangs around certain gun forums and likes big military trucks?

My daughter will be renting/landlord the house. No room for a five ton unfortunately. To be freaking honest I would prefer a weeny renting a room in my house over my son. That's the only squatter I'm worried about.

Can't find an Apt in this area for less than $900, so he gets a room for $400.

That’s awesome! If only I could talk my Fiancé into moving there.

WHY????????????
It may be cheap to live there, but I'm only going for the $. I'm keeping my house in Oly.

For the simpler, more relaxed way of life. Not necessarily OK but I’d be happy anywhere I could get a lifetime hunting license for $25.

Not accepting any new people for about a year. Section 8 is what tore up my house the last time I rented it. My new renters will be paying for their rent through remodeling.

I've never heard a good story involving section 8.

Not a single one...

The ability to locate my car, lock/unlock, and set the headlights/horn off seemed like an overkill app. My daughter borrowed my car to go to Yellowstone. I had a little fun with that app. :ROFLMAO:

This next road trip will speak volumes.

They're fun to watch again because they, themselves, are excited in the dugout.

Does German coach look like Moe or Shemp?

Match living up to billing.
