I managed to doctor mine up (hallway toilet , hardwood) when I sanded and used the sanding dust with Elmers glue around the rotten edges of the hardwiod. New owner wont have to do anything for 10-15 years because the sub flooring was not damaged (verified this when I put a new toilet in 3 years ago) , just the hardwood around the toilet was somewhat damage.
Cause was young toddlers "toilet training" without telling mama and papa and flushing training diapers down the toilet, overflowing the toilet. gah!

. Found a Luger Magazine at WAC for my 30, got the kids Honda pieced back together.....still need work on aftermarket hood adjustment and weld in the core support , and was nice enough out to take my Hotrod out for a good drive. Stroked 427 (456 cu in) and Doug Nash 5 speed...... Sitting at a light next to a dipshit wearing a knit hat with ear flaps in a teeny clown car that sported Bernie, Warren and Coexist stickers.....letting that big block idle on that fat camshaft burping all sorts of unburnt hydrocarbons. Had to gas it a few times for effect....big ol grin on my face. Take that, fuker, in your Chevy Echo or what ever that POS is. MADE MY FRIKKEN DAY!

The wife and I recently changed over our non-stick pans to All-Clad stainless steal pans. We both love to cook and we think these are worth the investment. Our non stick pans would last about five years or so before we needed to buy a replacement. These should last a long long time. It has taken a bit of time to get used to these new pans, but they have been excellent. We did keep one non stick pan around because there are times it comes in handy, and our cast iron pans are also needed for specific jobs. But if you like to cook these pans are worth a look.

Man I want to do the same upgrade. Our less than 2 year old non stick pans already look like hell despite never seeing the inside of a dishwasher. How has cleanup been?? That's my only concern.

Clean up is real easy as long as you get to them after cooking. If not you have to soak them. We learned that lesson one busy and lazy night. It has taken a bit of time learning to cook with these. You need a bit more oil compared to non stick. A thin fish spatula works great for the pans, especially fried eggs.

We split between cast iron and SS. I love them both. I’m glad we got rid of our non-stick stuff. SS has been a great upgrade and worth a little extra attention.

The contracted shipper I chose arrived a day early from Denver with my ‘09 K1300GT. BONUS: Opened up the cases to find the paperwork and each case contained a BMW interior bag. These were not part of the dealer’s listing and cost north of $400.
