I keep seeing their ads but am pretty gun-shy about buying from FB ads and such. Been burned a couple times, most infamously by a $30 "bed desk" with cupholders and such that turned out to be two finished plywood plates about a foot square with a smaller piece to wedge inside to create an angle. The buckle of the belt I had for 10 years finally broke. I researched belts for CC and Hanks came up. I've never saw anything on FB about them. Lots of good reviews. They have double thick belts, as well as steel core belts for stiffer CC carry if you need. But yeah they can get pricy.

Every AM on this vacation the woman and I have gone on walks. Just leave the hotel and stared waking. 5-7 miles typically. Just wandering the streets of Oahu. Today we headed south and ended up walking all the way around diamond head crater and even decided to walk to the very top of the crater. Over 10 miles and some amazing views, beaches and homes that we haven’t seen before.

I need a nap after reading that, I would have called an Uber a half mile into that walk.

We loved that diamond head trail to the top. Bonged my head climbing through the gun turret at the top though. Stupid thing.

Picked up a pair of the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells. Pretty cool design and a definite space saver versus having 10-15 pairs of dumbbells on a big rack at home. Been slowly getting back in shape recently (ski trip coming up). So far mostly been doing a lot of ab and core work so looking forward to being able to do dumbbell squats and deadlifts as well as upper body workouts. Keeping the Voltaren close at hand

Keeping the Voltaren close at hand Do NOT drop those dumbells. Set them down easily. They are subject to breaking and not holding plates. Otherwise, those are pretty cool.
