Yesterday I officially became a Dirt Bag.
I started attending with my friend (previous co-worker in 2000) who lives locally and after 3 visits, you're officially a member and get a hat.
I'm not terribly religious but I am a God-fearing invidual and the preacher's message is always a good one. The entire bowling alley (where they meet now) is jam packed with conservatives too, mostly veterans.
I feel at home with these guys.

That is hilarious. I love listening to my little girl sing too. Her favorite song is Baby Shark and wheels on the buss.

I don't know Baby Shark, but Wheels on the Bus gets quite a lot of playtime when we're on road trips! :thumbsup2:

I've discovered that children are born absolutely perfect, and keep getting better and better. The math of that seems weird, but it works!

Cleared out a bunch of worthless junk and random worthless items I will never need. Surprising what one accumulates over the years.....

I've been doing likewise! Made some coin on a garage sale recently too!

Went on a nice road trip thru the mountains of St Helens and Mt Adams and got me a new (old) piece of yellow equipment today. It was originally born in Enumclaw.

I made no fewer than 9 trips to the dump and 4 trips to goodwill when we 'cleaned' house prepping for moving.

About a month ago, we discovered that I couldn't use my F350 2WD to launch our boat on the 7 deg gravel boat ramp 200 yards from the house. Wheels spun trying to retrieve boat. (Wife then drove the boat over to a less steep boat ramp and we retrieved the boat that way)

So, a quick test with the Jeep Sahara as the launch vehicle down . I had to remove the spare tire though otherwise the trailer wouldn't hook up. Locked it in 4WD low and it pulled it out like a champ! Launched and pulled it out perfectly. This Jeep has a 2000 lb tow rating and our boat weighs 1300 lbs, plus outboard (450) plus kicker (50) plus gas (144) plus gear (200) puts it at about 2144 lbs. No way would I drive it on the highway as the Jeep already handles like a labrador on leash when it sees water. But for just down Silver Salmon Drive gravel road, it works perfect.

Brand new Cooper A/T tires on the truck. The tires are fine, its just too steep for 2WD. The launch is gravel so that doesn't help.
